Making a booking
A completed booking form showing the names of all persons on whose behalf you are making the booking must be completed and signed by the party leader. It is essential you include everyone for insurance purposes.
A non- refundable deposit of £100/$150 is required at the time of booking. Deposits are accepted as part payments towards the cost of the holiday.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit of £100/$150 is required at the time the balance is paid. This covers for accidental damage to the property or contents up to the value of £100/$150.Please note this does not cover for exceptional or additional charges arising from the use of the property, long distance phone calls, excess cleaning costs, loss or none return of keys, wilful or malicious damage or other incidental charges you may incur. Balances and security deposits are required 10 weeks before departure. For bookings where the departure is less than 10 weeks away the total is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation by you
Your cancellation can only be accepted in writing from the person named as party leader on the booking form. Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received. We reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled if the balance is not received 10 weeks before departure.
It is recommended that notice of cancellation be sent by recorded delivery. Cancellation charges are set out below.
More than 10 weeks before departure, deposit only.
8-10 weeks before departure, 50%.
6-8 weeks before departure, 75%.
0-6 weeks before departure, 100%
Cancellation by us
On occasion “circumstances beyond our control” mean we may have to alter or cancel your booking. If this is the case we will notify the person named on the booking form without delay. In the case of alterations, if the alternative is not accepted all monies will be refunded within 14 days of notice.
In the case of cancellation all monies will be refunded within 14 days.
General conditions
Liability. We cannot accept liability for acts or omissions over which we have no control. This includes(but is not limited to) airlines, car hire companies, management companies and for loss or damage caused by Force Majeure such as strikes, flood, fire or any other events beyond our control.
Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am.Earlier check in depends upon prior arrangement. Signing the booking form constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated with the booking form.
The accommodation cannot be shared or sublet. All persons must be shown on the booking form.
Strictly no smoking or pets in the villa: violation will incur extra cleaning charges and possible eviction without refund.
Clients are strongly advised to take out their own travel insurance.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
