1. Deposit

Pay the $300 deposit by personal check, cashier's check , or money order (name and address will be given upon request), or by direct deposit (bank information will be sent out to you upon request; your bank may charge you small amount of fee; please contact your bank for detail). You can also pay by any major credit cards (We will send you an invoice through PayPal). Please note this deposit is reserved as both reservation and damage security deposit, and is separate from your rental payment and will be fully refunded to you within two weeks after you check out.

Refund

In case of cancellations, refunds on reservation deposits are:

1. More than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% refund
2. 6-12 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
3. Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Sorry, no refund is available.

2. Rental Agreement

After the deposit is received, a blank rental agreement will be sent out to you . Please sign the agreement and mail or email it back to us. Your booking will be locked once we receive both your deposit and the agreement.  

3. Full Payment 

Mail your full payment two months ahead of your check-in date (or right away if your check-in date is within two months) by personal or cashier's check, or by direct deposit. We will then email you the confidential key pass code and directions, etc. upon the receipt of your payment.
